Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are strongly encouraged to submit manuscripts only when they are fully prepared to complete the publication process with SAMAGRA: Journal of Integrated Health Sciences.

Authors may request the withdrawal of a manuscript before it enters the peer-review process by submitting a written request to the Editorial Office, stating the reason for the withdrawal.

Once a manuscript has entered the peer-review process or has been accepted for publication, withdrawal requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as significant errors, ethical concerns, or other justified reasons. The request must be submitted in writing by the corresponding author with the consent of all co-authors.

Manuscripts that are withdrawn without valid justification after the review or editorial process has begun may result in temporary restrictions on future submissions to the journal.

If a manuscript has already been published and is later found to contain serious errors, ethical violations, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or research misconduct, the Editorial Board reserves the right to retract the published article in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics and internationally accepted publishing standards.

The Editorial Board evaluates all withdrawal requests fairly and reserves the right to approve or reject such requests based on the stage of the editorial process and the reasons provided by the authors.
