Screening Plagiarism

SAMAGRA: Journal of Integrated Health Sciences is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening before entering the peer-review process.

The Editorial Office uses reliable plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin and/or iThenticate, to assess the originality of each submitted manuscript. Authors are expected to submit only original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The journal applies a maximum similarity index of 20%, excluding references, properly quoted materials, and standard methodological descriptions where appropriate. Manuscripts that exceed this threshold or contain evidence of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, or other forms of academic misconduct may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the Editorial Board.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to conduct plagiarism screening at any stage of the editorial and publication process, including after publication if ethical concerns arise. Authors are fully responsible for the originality, authenticity, and integrity of their submitted work.

SAMAGRA upholds the principles of academic honesty, ethical publishing, and responsible scientific research, and expects all authors to comply with internationally recognized standards of research and publication ethics.
